Duties
Core responsibilities
- Lead the patrol when the Patrol Leader is unavailable.
- Represent the patrol alongside the Patrol Leader in meetings, outings, and activities.
- Help plan and steer patrol work.
- Support advancement goals for patrol members.
- Promote patrol morale with the patrol flag and patrol yell.
- Help keep patrol members informed and prepared.
- Help track attendance and outing head counts.
- Set a good example in uniforming, Scout spirit, and outdoor participation.
