Duties

Core responsibilities

  • Keep an inventory of troop equipment.
  • Submit a regular inventory report to the Patrol Leaders’ Council and Adult Quartermaster.
  • Help make sure equipment stays in good working condition and assist with repairs.
  • Issue equipment and make sure it is returned clean and in working order.
  • Recommend replacement or new gear when needed.
  • Keep storage areas neat and clean.
  • Maintain sign-out records and follow up on returns.
  • Set a good example in uniforming, Scout spirit, and outdoor participation.
